Willie & Brew have an OFA Hip Clearance, Willie OFA Excellent and Brew OFA Good. Both have an OFA Elbow exam, Willie is OFA Normal and Brew is *OFA Grade 1. Both have a Current Normal OFA Eye Exam (within 12 months), OFA Normal Heart clearance by a Board Certified Cardiologist, normal thyroid function, they are not on any medications and have had no skin allergies, seizures or other auto-immune disorders. Willie is a ICT Carrier and Brew is clear which means NO puppy can be affected. Both are PRA-prcd & PRA-1 Clear.
* Note: Brew has 12 other siblings tested for OFA Elbows, 9 Normal, 3 OFA Grade 1 and 2 of those Grade 1's were Normal when further diagnostics where done with CT scan.

We are very excited to have the opportunity to breed Brew to Willie - these are going to be fun puppies!
Our goal for this breeding is to produce intelligent hunting companions that are athletic, biddable, can be easily trained in any venue, and become a wonderful family member. Both Willie and Brew have dynamic personalities and they love to work but they also easily settle in the house. The puppy pedigree has a low inbreeding coefficient and is a wonderful blend of field, performance and conformation Goldens.
I have known Willie since a puppy and have watched him grow into a stunning, moderate, athletic retriever with a wonderful Golden temperament. He loves every person and gets along with all dogs, can run and play with other intact males and very very tolerant and playful with young puppies. Thankfully he has never lost his endeering goofy playful side that always made me laugh. He always gives very good effort, tries to please and can handle some very tough retrieves in heavy cover and big water. You just can't help but love Willie.

Willie is a handsome well-balanced, working Golden Retriever, measuring 22 1/2” at the withers and weighing 70 pounds. He is well on his way to his AKC & CKC Senior Hunter title, training for Master and also working towards rally, obedience and agility titles when time permits.
Brew is a very strong, athletic hunting retriever measuring 21 1/2 " at the withers and weighing 63 pounds. She is a water dog and lives to retrieve. More information on Brew can be found on her page on this website.
